Special Features: True divided light window sections, second layer with mill detail priming.
Notes: For G. R. Porter & Sons, Inc. Architect's design. Here again we used a thicker base door on the big one. With an l8' span we needed the sturdier base (I-3/4" thick) with struts to keep the door from sagging when the door is in the open position. Hartland, VT.
Materials: 1/2" N4DO plywood field layer with I by 6" & 8" clear pine trim layer with a 1/2" Thumb nail milled edge.
Finish: Primed by us before install and painted by contractor.
Door Size: 2 each 9' x 7' and one 18' x 8'
Insulation R-Value: R-6 on the small doors and R-9 for the 18'.
Base Section: Wooden, insulated, 1-3/8" Dbl.flush for small doors and commercial 1-3/4" thick on the big door.
